Meet Dr. Chad Schultz
My first experience with chiropractic was very early in my childhood. My entire family, the five kids with my mom and dad, would visit our chiropractor every few weeks. We went for health or wellness chiropractic visits, not because of pain. I guess I was lucky to have parents that understood just how powerful chiropractic adjustments are for complete health. When I look back at my childhood, I realize it was because of chiropractic that I didn't have the sicknesses or sports injuries my friends experienced. I cannot thank my mom and dad enough, they are the reason I practice what I love to do each day, chiropractic!
I decided at an early age I wanted to be a chiropractor. After high school I attended the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire where I began my studies toward a Bachelor of Science Degree. I then continued my education with a five year accelerated program at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa where I received my Doctor of Chiropractic degree in October of 1996.
After working with other chiropractors for a few years, I decided it was time to start my own office. I opened Three Rivers Chiropractic in 2003 with a very good friend from chiropractic college, Marty Lorentz, DC.
I now live in Onalaska with the best wife I could have ever asked for, Melinda (Mindy). We have four wonderful children: three boys and one girl (Bailey, Carson, Lydia, and Griffin). They keep our life very exciting. The only thing I love more than being a chiropractor is being a father. When I'm not practicing chiropractic I enjoy a variety of activities including; spending time with my family, exercising, golfing, reading, and playing softball. I love to teach health and wellness to my patients. My spare time is filled with learning all that I can about wellness chiropractic.
Meet Dr. Marty Lorentz

I have to thank Dr. Haugen for giving me the spark that ignited my passion and profession in chiropractic: a health discipline that involves tapping into and improving the body's ability to heal itself, giving the responsibility to be healthy back to its rightful owner, the patient. I feel the body is capable of taking care of itself if given the right ingredients. This idea has become my mission through chiropractic.
I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a Major in Biology and a Minor in Chemistry. Then I attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa and received my Doctor of Chiropractic Degree. I chose Palmer because it is known as the "Fountain-Head" of the profession. Chiropractic began as a profession with D.D. Palmer and then was further developed by his son B.J. Palmer. I decided that if this was going to be my career I wanted to start it out at what I felt to be the best college.
I have lived in Onalaska since 1996. My wife Amy and I have two sons: Connor and Parker. We stay very busy as a family, and love to do things together. It is an amazing experience and responsibility to be a husband and father, and I look forward to continuing the journey. I love fishing, camping, golfing, and generally goofing around with my "buddies."
